Rita Gallaway is the President of Gallaway Solutions. She is a Communications Coach for adults wanting to improve their confidence and skill in delivering their message.  Whether your audience is 3 or 300, Rita can help you develop the skills to have your message resonate with your audience.

She has 15 years of experience in the broadcast industry, including 7 years Vice President National Sales at Univision, 3 years at Telerep San Francisco, 3 years at KSBY-TV as local account executive then Local Sales Manager. Her focus on new business development and creative solutions with multiple media (TV, Radio and internet) demanded a concrete understanding of the psychology of sales and the mind of the customer.

Currently, Rita is a Principal for Noll & Associates, a training company exclusively serving broadcast media sales professionals. She is the Lead Facilitator for the Media Sales Academy, an 18 day training program for Account Executives in Media to catapult their success. 

Rita is also an Instructor for DeFinis Communications' Encore! Program, a 2-day intensive Presentation Skills Training Course, and she is a Facilitator for various Advantage Performance Group Partners including Inside Out Coaching, BTS, and Accordence.

Rita has trained hundreds of business professionals to hone their skills and improve their success rate in sales. She has helped leaders improve their confidence and communication skills for small and large group presentations. She also has experience developing and managing sales territories and selling cross-platform convergent sales. Rita sits on the Board of Directors for Consorte Media, is a member of the Society of Industry Leaders, and a former board member of Bay Area STAR (4 years). She is the President of her neighborhood SAFE organization and Vista Condo Home Owners Association.  Rita is a Northern California native, graduated from UC Berkeley in Political Science and Economics, and now lives in San Francisco.
